Bob Dylan – The Visionary

OR: Dylan’s music is more important today than it was in the 1960s

Many associate Bob Dylan’s music with the anti-war protest of the 60s and 70s. I say that Dylan is a modern-day Prophet. His music speaks of and to the common man. It is about freedom, justice, common sense, and sanity in government.

All one has to do is read the lyrics to his songs. They are very inspirational. One of my favorite songs he wrote is “Ring Them Bells”. It is an example of a song released in 1989 and speaks to our current society and the wrong direction it has been taken in the past thirty years. It is only one example of which I am saying. Below are the lyrics to that song:

The Price Of Living In A Constitutional Republic

OR: There are personal costs for the privilege to live in a Constitutional Republic such as the United States of America

First and foremost, there is no room for hatred or animus between one another of Her citizens. Like a college or university should be, The United States of America in her founding documents is a place for open exchange of idea, philosophies, opinions, and beliefs. We have the freedom to associate with whom we want, when we want and how we want, within the limitations of not conspiring to tear the Republic asunder.

Secondly, in our Constitutional Republic we are free of the shackles of an overbearing government, dictator, monarch, or a one world order. We identify as a free and independent nation held together by the tenuous bounds between her citizens, where we can agree to disagree politely and without rancor.

The Price of such freedom comes with the acceptance of the responsibilities demanded of each of her citizens. My freedom to do as I want ends when it does essential harm to another of her citizens. Being offended is an essential learning tool on how to become a better citizen. Feeling embarrassed by one’s actions is an essential learning tool on how to become a better citizen. In other words, the Citizens of the United States of America are members of a very large extended family.

The Price of such freedoms is also accepting that there are others who are jealous of freedoms, our ability to express our thoughts without censorship, to live where we want within certain mutually accepted boundaries, to live peacefully with one another and the responsibility to accept our punishments for violating those boundaries and peacefulness. Citizens will die from time to time at the hands of those whose jealousy, avarice and overt hatred reaches the point of being evil. If you want security above all else, then the Republic of the United States of America is not the place you should live or be a member of her citizenship.

The Price of such freedom comes with being accountable for one’s actions, deeds, and words of incitement. A citizen cannot yell “Fire” in a crowded movie theater falsely just to see the reaction and results of that reaction. A citizen cannot just come up and swipe, strike, thwack, whack or smite another citizen for the sheer joy of doing so. The United States of America is a Nation of Laws supposedly designed to further strengthen the bond between said citizens.

Lastly, the Price of Freedom is Participation. It is incumbent upon the body politic to participate in our society as a whole, especially in the political process. It is by the active participation of citizens that the Republic thrives and prospers. There will always be the ultra-rich and the poor in society. It is the middle class, when it is large and active, most of the ills of a society are addressed in a positive manner. When you abdicate your participation, it is then you welcome in those who want to abduct your freedom and make you slaves to the government. And, if we choose under our 1st amendment right to not participate, then don’t complain when the government is no longer a Republic or a Republican form of government that is by the people.

So basically, the Price of the Freedoms to be a Citizen of the Republic of the United States of America are: be vigilant, always watch out for yourself and your family, be mindful of fellow citizens, agree to live peacefully within the laws that bind us together, and to make sure we don’t let government usurp those freedoms ever and be willing to lay you life on the line to protect our guaranteed Rights

The Bloated Government of the United States of America

OR: The United States has way too many Departments and Agencies

The federal government of the United States of America is so bloated with departments and agencies there is at least one to cover and control every aspect of the lives of “We The People”. I don’t know about you, but I can surely use a government that leaves me the hell alone. Every time there is a quote crisis or national concern a department or agency is formed and never goes away.

This is the very reason we need someone in the mold of Donald J Trump as President. We need a conservative businessperson who can streamline and cut the bloat.

Below is an alphabetic list of Departments and Agencies of the United States government. We need to get rid of two-thirds of the Agencies and one-half of the Departments. The departments that can be easily eliminated along with all the employees: Education is Number-One, Homeland Security is Number-Two, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development. We can combine the Departments of Agriculture and Interior. We can also combine the Departments of Commerce, Labor, and Transportation. Many can be just downsized with less authority, which belongs to the individual States in the first place

Every morning, after making my self presentable to face God, I seek him out for a conversation through supplication…for those who may not know what supplication is, here is what the Merriam-Webster Dictionary says:

God’s answers are not always immediately forthcoming. However, this morning, 24 October 2023 God reminded me of these few prophetic words written in the year 1776: “We hold these truths to be self-evident.” It took me all of about five seconds to understand His clear and concise message to me. He gave me the gift of the written word. He reminded me that those who came before me were granted the gift of words and those words were given to our Forefathers by God.

We don’t need any new fancy sounding slogans as Conservatives. We have the words of those who came before us! These words are universal, applying to all of mankind. These are words of Freedom. These are Words of Entitlement. These are words of power beyond ourselves. These are words to live by, with and under. These are the words from The Declaration Of Independence: We can substitute the words, “Colonies” with “States” and “The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations” with “The history of the present Installed President of the United States of America is of repeated injuries and usurpations” and we would be perfectly in our rights to do so. Let’s all read these Great Words:

I was hit by the day 24. It will be exactly one year from today that we can change the course of a nation to be once again that shining light upon the hill that gives hope to the rest of mankind by making up our minds that in two short weeks We The People can take back our country from those who wish to destroy it!

Left Losing Tight Grip Over Education

OR: How the left is losing the battle for control of education, academia, and politics in the United States.

The 1960s brought on the Left Assault on the education system in the United States from Kindergarten all the way through Post College Graduate Schools. Once one takes an objective look back, the Lyndon Baines Johnson War in Viet Nam was the catalyst. Every conservative alive today will tell you that there is not a crisis the Democrats and the Left dislike.

The Leftists took a police action started by the left to create the internal chaos needed for them to take over academia (post high school) and to shun anyone conservative. How did they accomplish their goal is a very good question to ask. They were patient and kept extremely tight control of the message going out. The media only got what the Left wing wanted them to hear. Then along comes Ted Turner and the advent of a twenty-four hour per day news cycle with CNN.

Ted Turner represented the extreme far left of the Democrat Party in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Needless to say, Turner not only kept very tight control over what stories made the news, he controlled how the story was told. Other media outlets began to see that Turner had a corner on the news market; so, they joined in with their own versions of the “24-hour news”. In their infancy, these news outlets tried to “out-do” Ted Turner.

Ted Turner was no slouch when it came to corporate management and the pulse of the news market. CNN news stories began to get more and more far left in their slant and opinion. Over time, the other media outlets tried to be more left than Ted. But, Ted had Lary King Live and Anderon Cooper’s 360°. Both know for the very left of center political views.

With the news listing to (at them time) far left of center in 1996 Rupert Murdoch started up the “Fox News” with a definite right of center message with hosts who were avid listeners to Rush Limbaugh. So, what Ted Turner did next was genius on his hiring of fiscal conservative Lou Dobbs who hosted “Moneyline” from 2000-2003.

In the meantime, colleges and universities continued to hire based on “liberal” and far left world views and not necessarily on the Curriculum vitae of the individual professors. All the while, those in charge of the swinging the United States left in its politics kept tight control over the message.

There are simple reasons why the message and control of the left has begun a rapid decline. First and foremost, those in control of the message from the left lost their firm and complete control over the message! Yes, they lost that extremely tight control over what is referred to as “We The People” hear and see. The truth began to leak out with the advent of the open internet and social media. What makes it humorous is that social media was and is controlled by those on the far left of the political spectrum. Yet conservatives, flocked to the likes of “Facebook” 2004 and “Twitter” 2006 flooding their message board not only with the Truth but the conservative common-sense message.

What Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey did not realize; their open forum formats gave conservatives exactly what they needed. Taking to the streets, causing riots and having underground violent groups just isn’t the style of conservatives nor does it give the message the conservative message credibility. The left by this time had taken full control over not only colleges and universities, but local school board across the United States. Those very boards which decide the curriculum taught to our young minds.

So, you ask, “What happened?”

That is a question not so easily answered. It is simple. The left lost complete control over the public message; and it began with Fox News and their conservative message. Fox News hosts began gathering the largest audiences ever known crippling the left’s control over what “We The People” heard. However, with that said, it was not enough.

What comes next is the Democrat Party proverbially shooting themselves in the foot with the nomination and election of Barack Obama in 2008. Who was Barack Obama? Obama was a charismatic and excellent orator of the message of the Far Left Extreme of the Democrat Party. At best (and this is stretching it), he was best suited to be a Chicago city council member.  The only reason I give him that much credence is that he had a law degree and was a community organizer, a job he was best suited to. He was married to Michael Robbins who assumed the name of Michelle Obama.

Like I said, Obama was charismatic and a good orator. That and that alone was how he became President and elected for a second term. Why is being elected for a second term surprising. For starters, Obama accomplished nothing of substance, and in fact embarrassed the United States on the world stage. Secondly, the Republicans nominated an older Mitt Romney as their standard bearer. Unfortunately, Romney has the personality of an old worn-out shoe, and his message was not much different from that of Obama.

By the end of his second term, Obama had not even been able to get his primary policy object passed. Secondly, he single-handedly nearly doubled the national debt with the help of the Left in the House of Representatives selecting the Far-Left Fringe member, Nancy Pelosi as speaker of the House.

You ask, “Why is this significant?”

The message of the Left was no longer controlled by those who knew to keep it marginally close to mainstream. Those who accomplished the move of the United States to the left of center on the Political Spectrum, no longer maintained control over the message. It was usurped by the extreme Far-Left Fringe and their whacko followers.

In 2016, the Republicans nominated got businessman Donald J Trump elected as the 45^th President of the United States. From the very moment he became President-elect, the Far-Left became insanely obsessed with ridding the United States of Donald Trump and nothing else. They abandoned any semblance of having a platform or policies. Their sole purpose was to get Donald Trump at any cost.

So, in 2020, The Democrat Party nominated a three-time loser (for President) and one of the most corrupt members of Congress, Joe Biden as President. On the national stage, Biden at best was an inept campaigner. He had a history of embellishing his resume with lies and plagiarizing his speeches. In 2020, He became known as the “Basement Candidate”. He was very rarely seen on the campaign trail. When he did make campaign stops, they were expertly choreographed and attended by invite only. It was said that on the campaign trail that he could not even half-fill a high school gym with supporters.

Yet, by midnight, California time, Donald Trump was so far in the lead, nearly everyone thought he was reelected and went to bed. At the time, Trump had garnered the most votes of any Presidential candidate in the history of United States elections. Everyone woke the morning after election day to find that by some miracle, Joe Biden overtook the almost insurmountable lead Trump maintained the night before. The vote wasn’t even close at midnight.

It wasn’t long before the evidence, showed that the Democrats has manipulated voting machines, hauled in truck loads of ballots to county offices, and used mules to stuff “ballot drop-off” sites. In addition, it has been found out that the Obama Administration, weaponized all the government departments against conservatives and the conservative message.

Why has the Left’s agenda fallen apart so quickly. Believe this Old Man, it was quick at all. It took a while to realize that Post Reagan Presidency, there was not one President who was anywhere close to the conservative message. Bush 1 and Bush 2 were very far left of Center Presidents. How do we know this? When President George W Bush, POTUS-43 proposed and got enacted “The Patriot Act”.

The Patriot Act is anything but Patriotic and in keeping with wishes of the Founding Father’s and the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights.

Why do I say this:

#1 – It allows law enforcement to use surveillance against more crimes of terror. – Before, that was tightly controlled by the Judicial Branch making sure it was Constitutional

#2 – It allows federal agents to follow sophisticated terrorists trained to evade detection. Before, it was known as roving wire taps, and had to be authorized by a judge based on the person and not the phone.

#3 – It allows law enforcement officials to obtain a search warrant anywhere a terrorist-related activity occurred. Before, law enforcement personnel were required to obtain a search warrant in the district where they intended to conduct a search.

#4 – It Allows law enforcement to conduct investigations without tipping off terrorists – in other words, law enforcement can delay in the notifying of the search or arrest warrant for an indeterminate period of time.

What does this all mean? It means the United States Government can and will suspend your Constitutional Rights and Guarantees by declaring a person or organization it doesn’t like as a terrorist or terrorist organization.

Since Joe Biden was “Installed” as President, we have seen a complete dismantling of the “Norms” of society. The Department of Education issued the Critical Race Theory to be part of education in the United States. It has seen the promotion of less than one-have of one percent of the most fringe part of society and its insertion into the curriculum of elementary school’s education. The proliferation of openly hostile gays, lesbian and transgender activists as teachers of the youngest of our children. His agenda has also caused the demise of Title IX, safeguarding women and women in sports.

Parents have begun to rebel at school board meetings and wanting to take back control over their children’s education. In many areas, teachers have been granted almost secret police powers and have permanent life altering medical treatments done to children without informing the child’s parents. Since most school boards have been controlled by the Far-Left ideology, they have attempted to declare these parents who disagree with them as terrorists. These school board members are being systematically voted out of office.

On College campuses, professors and their far-left fringe students have for decades stifled free speech on their campuses. Some brave people like Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens and Ben Shapiro have taken to college campuses with the conservative message. The left has made attempts to keep them out, without much success, because college campuses and universities by definition have to be institutions of open dialogue.

What is helping them get a foothold on campuses is the students on the left have run out of arguments and have sunk to the “scream in their face” tactics. Most recently, these same leftists have organized vocal and almost violent demonstrations against Israel in support of the Hamas Terror attack against Israel. Now some of their wealthiest donors have decided to remove their financial support of these universities and colleges.

Nothing speaks louder than money (or the lack thereof). The Far Left has lost their stranglehold on power in the United States. I have only mentioned a handful of reasons the left is losing power. For the first time since Ronald Reagan was President, the Republicans nominated a Conservative as the candidate for Speaker of the House of Representatives in Ohio Representative Jim Jordan. This has exposed the extreme far left of the GOP as being more politically aligned and affiliated with the liberal factions of the Democrat Party.

Conservatives will no longer “go along to get along”. With firebrands like Matt Gaetz, Laura Loomer, Marjory Taylor Greene, Andy Biggs and Lauran Boebert, conservatives have become very vocal, and their message has taken hold and struck chords of acceptance at the grass roots level of politics. Common Sense in American is making a comeback.

The Wakening of America

OR: Are the Democrat and Republican Parties dying a slow, painful death?

My sister, Annie and I visit quite often, although the distance in miles is great. We are both convinced there is an awakening going on Right Now in the United States of America. It is both spiritual and political.

Last night, I was watching the movie “Jesus Revolution” starring Kelsey Grammer. There was a quote in the movie, which I can’t remember exactly word for word. It goes like this “Lies are always loud, while the truth remains quiet.” If you listen carefully God is always speaking to us through our oldest brother Yeshua. It comes as a whisper of thought, a twinge in the neck, in a dream, or an interrupted thought. Last night Yeshua whispered very quietly in my ear and then He and Mary Magdalene came in dream as I slept. Both times they said it is time to be quietly aloud.

They said the loudest voices expose themselves as charlatans, liars, and agents of evil. Further, they said that when we speak quietly together, our combined voices become loud as one voice. I am implored to ask everyone to keep speaking quietly and to speak often with The Words of Truth and how God has blessed the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

With the power of God, we can move mountains, clean political swamps, be that Light of Hope again to the downtrodden of the world. Annie and I foretell the end of the Democrat Party and the Republican Party as we know them. They are no longer Two Parties, but one albeit with different names. Over the last, almost, three years, we have witnessed that One Party with two names.

There really is no difference between the political philosophies of the leadership in both parties. Both are Hell-bent on hiding the truth with lies and keeping God out of our lives. In the past six to nine months this has become ever so apparent. All one has to do is look at what school districts are shoving down our children’s throat and hiding it from the parents.

Yeshua’s response to Pontius Pilot when asked, “Are you the king of the Jews?’ His response is so telling how we handle the meltdowns, the screaming, the overt displays of evil, “You have said so.” Our quiet voices together will unmask all those who do the bidding of the one who directs that evil. Their faces will be revealed for all to see “The Temple is empty, and the sole has left the body.”

There are still some decent, moral and truthful people in the Republican Party. Let’s find them. Let’s promote them. Let’s all be quiet loudly. The Great Awakening of America is on the horizon.

Your Kingdom awaits us, Your directions will be done on earth as you so keep your house in Heaven:

We patiently await the time of our return home to be with you for the rest of eternity. Every day we attempt to make life on earth as we will find it in heaven upon our return. It is a worthwhile struggle, and the obstacles are great, but it is the promise we made to you when we came to earth as mere children and to home we will return as children in your home. It is through you we get our strength to make earth a heavenly place.

Give to us today what sustenance we need:

In order to your bidding on earth, we need you to provide us sustenance for our bodies and soul. Tough we desire excess and abundance, we know it is better to get what we need instead of what we desire. Give us food for our table, but more importantly give us the words and the mental/psychological fortitude to do your bidding here on earth.

And forgive us of our sins and trespasses, as guide us to forgive those who do sin and trespass against us:

As we said before, we are but flawed mortals, and we let these flaws, biases and prejudices get in the way of our promise to you to make the world the same as we will find heaven. We all have our individual task, and we need daily reminders of that promise we made to you, lest we forget the path we must take. There will be those we face who do and wish to do us harm to both our body and soul. They attempt to keep from your presence each day; give us your strength to forgive them as you do us. And, help us to treat others as we wish they treat us in return.

Lead us not into temptation:

On our heavenly path to fulfill our promise to you there will be distractions and temptations to keep us from that promise. Help us to keep our focus on what it your desire and to become that light on the hill. We, the people of America have been blinded from your truth as we have elected leaders who speak a good game with deception as their only goal. Help us to recognize who those agents of evil are so we can replace them with those who are your children and do not transgress from your teaching.

And deliver us from evil:

For far too long has the governing of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America been in the grasp and influence of those agents of evil who wish to tear down her very foundation. The United States for over two-hundred years has been that Light on a Hill that has given hope and sanctuary for those who face evil on a daily basis. With the current leadership that controls the power in our Capital, that light is fading. Help us, oh Lord to keep that light shining bright as a beacon to those who live in darkness and under the control of agents of your enemies. Now is the time that calls men’s soul to do what is Right and not what is expedient or that which tempts us away from your light. Give us the strength to give earthly punishment to those who want to drown us in darkness until the day they have to come face to face to explain their actions to you. Remind us to condemn their action while forgiving the person, for they know not what they do.

Welcome To The Dark Ages Redux

OR: Slavery, racism, and ethnicity hatred still exists in the United States and is on the rise

No freedom loving person or individual like, supports or agrees with slavery, racism, or ethnicity hatred. Black Supremacy, Brown Supremacy, Asian Supremacy, Native American Supremacy and yes White Supremacy is a fact within the political spectrum in the United States. It flourishes in the fringes of political ideology. The other 95% live in peace and harmony with their neighbors regardless of skin color, ethnicity, or national origin.

Most people on social media today do not remember the struggles of the 1960s and early 70s that went on for racial equality. Most of their information comes from search engines or their own research into the past. Next month, this Old Man turns the age of 74 years; I lived those struggle. I remember being in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL in 1968 at the Democrat National Convention. I remember listening in person to Martin Luther King speak. I remember watching the news stories being broadcast live of the Civil Rights Activists, both black and white being killed in the Deep Democrat run South. I remember driving past the Watts District of Los Angeles days before the riots. I remember watching live coverage of John Kennedy being assassinated. I remember the same for his brother Bobby. People bled and died to bring this country together as One Nation Under God.

It saddens this Old Man to see all those struggles being torn apart under the guise of “Equity”. Claiming the race on race hatred being seen in the news and proselytized by the Nazi Media is to achieve equity doesn’t fly. The “Inclusive” agendas being adopted by our colleges and universities are anything but that; they are designed to exert control the narrative and stifle free speech. When I was in college, our country enacted Title IX, the equality of female sports. Now that is being assailed to covet the fringe transgender people; which is destroying Title IX by allowing biologic males to compete against biologic females. This is the very situation that Title IX was enacted to keep this from happening. What is even sadder is that our Attorney Generals, District Attorneys, and our law makers are allowing this to happen unchecked.

Now let’s talk about slavery. Unfortunately, many will say that it does not exist in the United States. Legally speaking, they will be correct. However, human, child, and sex slavery does exist in the United State today. Because the word ‘slavery’ has such a negative tone, our Nazi Media have gotten the general public to call it Human Trafficking. Regardless of what it is called, people are being held against their will and forced to perform degrading and inhuman acts in order to survive.

Slavery has existed since before recorded history. It is one of the cruelest aspects of the human race. Where is this modern surge of slavey coming from? That is a legitimate question; and it will be debated for a long time. The exact answer won’t be fully known for another one-hundred years. As far as we can see today, it appears there are two factors, cartels and the push for a One World Order.

Most people won’t see that for the past two years the United States Government has been attempting to enslave her citizens. Many will try to dispel this idea; but let’s look at what is actually happening. This phenomenon actually began to happen in earnest at the beginning of the century with adding the Department of Homeland Security as a federal agency. DHS answers only to the President and has extremely broad powers and authority. It was the result of 9-1-1.

Since then, other departments have been exerting their will over the twelve years. Since Elon Musk bought Twitter, the collusion and corruption between the FBI, Department of Justice, and social media has been made public. What exactly is that collusion and corruption? It is the stifling of the voices of certain segments of United States Citizens. It went so far as to have the then current sitting President of the United States, Donald J Trump banned from using many of the social media platforms. It is now coming to light that the Central Intelligence Agency has been illegally spying on U.S. citizens. People are being fired from and prevented from getting federal government jobs for refusing to being vaccinated with a medicine that has not been proven safe.

There is a purposeful attack on our goods and service delivery and sales systems across the country. Some of those attacks are causing toxic poisoning of citizens and the environment, such at the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. The current administration under President Joe Biden deliberately halted any meaningful drilling or fracking for oil in the United States and even further by eliminating the Keystone Pipeline that travelled south in the Great Plains from the Dakotas  to Texas where the refineries are located; thus making the United State dependent of ‘foreign oil’ under the control of countries who either hate or has a cool relationship with the U.S.

All these moves have left American citizens slaves to the ever increasing cost of living, such as the price of one-dozen large eggs going from $1.49 per dozen to $3.99 per dozen in Savage, MN on sale. My Wife and I are retired, so we watch our budget closely. What cost us for a week’s worth of groceries in the 2020 $120.00 has increased to $190.00 in just two years. The Wuhan Virus panic and ‘pandemic’ has left U.S. citizen slaves to federal and state government mandates of how we live, where we can go, and how we interact with one another, which includes family. There are more federal and state regulations today than at any other time in U.S. history. Look at California demanding her citizen switch to all electric vehicle by the year 2050 and not even having the necessary infrastructure in place to handle the current demand.

All these crises, delivery delays inflation and government regulation is slowly enslaving the citizens of the United States to the whims and dictates of the government. This is all coming from those who are attempting to install a One World Government or One World Order. This One World Government would subject all peoples to its will.

Democrat’s Objective: A Nazi State

OR: The Democrat’s agenda is to replace our Constitution with a Nazi Dictatorship

Anyone who HONESTLY listened to the speech presented by Joe Biden on 2 November 2022 would recognize the rhetoric as being almost identical to that of Adolph Hitler. He was building the case to quiet those voices that disagree with him and his cronies. It has come to the attention of this Old Man that Joe Biden is going to try to circumvent the Constitution of the United States by hiring a “Misinformation Czar”. It is this administration that is arresting political prisoners and condoning the arrest of “political prisoners” around the country.

His opening salvo was the horrible and tragic story of the attach on Paul Pelosi. He was quoting misinformation from the outset. This Old Man choses to believe the reports from the police on the scene, to that of the Chief of Police two days later. The initial reports identified that there were three men. Upon entering the home, they found the assailant struggling with Mr. Pelosi in another room for control of a hammer. The police on the scene reported hearing the assailant tell Mr. Pelosi “I ain’t going to fuck Nancy too for $1000.00.”

Then there is the evidence at the point of the “quote” break-in. All the debris was spilled on the outside of the damaged door. The screen and glass frames were pointing outwards. You ask any investigator or CSI who documents crime scenes, and if they are honest would tell you that the breakage came from inside the home.

From the outset of his speech, President, Joe Biden was lying to the American public. That is not a good thing to do just a week before Midterm elections. He goes on to lie again, “When the assailant said, ‘where’s Nancy, where’s Nancy.’ He continued to lie as he said, “Those are the very same words used by the mob when stormed the United States Capital on January the sixth, when they broke windows and kicked in the doors, brutally attacked law enforcement, roaming corridors hunting for officials, and erected gallows to hang the former Vice President, Mike Pence. It was an enraged mob.” There isn’t one iota of truth in those words. First, the windows of the Capital are unbreakable, because they can withstand the blast of an IED. The door couldn’t be kicked in. they weigh 20,000 pounds and are magnetically sealed. In addition, the doors were opened from the inside and the Capital Police can be seen inviting the crowd (not mob) into the building. The only one assaulted in the Capital building was Ashely Babbitt, who was shot and killed by the Capital Police. There were NO gallows built and no evidence that anyone wanted to lynch former Vice President Pence.”  It was all a fabrication meant to divide and cause his follower to go out and physically attack conservatives.

He goes on to accuse the Republicans of interfering with elections for the past two years. Wait a minute, the Democrats stopped counting votes at midnight, Trump was ahead by a sizable margin. When workers came back in the morning suddenly Joe Biden had twice the number of votes he had at midnight. Are you kidding me? He goes on to emphatically say there is no place for voter intimidation. Perhaps, the President should tell that to the Democrat Candidate running for the office of Governor of Texas, Beto O’Rourke. He was video taped standing on the steps to a county courthouse, campaigning. This was inside the posted boundary stating NO campaigning beyond this point. This is voter intimidation and interference. This is illegal, and he should have been arrested, and then charged.

The only truthful statement he said was that our democracy is at risk. However, he got the source of that risk completely false. Republicans, Conservatives and MAGA Republicans are equally concerned with the preservation of the our Constitutional Republic of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights. That is our top priority, period, end of sentence!

He then goes on to insinuate that the Conservatives are the dark forces and have a thirst for power. He stated that this is because the former President who was defeated refused to accept the results of the election. Biden fails to remember that Donald Trump conceded the election and that it was only after evidence of foul play and cheating came to light that he began to challenge the results. Joe Biden has to get his facts straight.

He then goes on to say they have been involve in violence and the intimidation of elected officials. He conveniently neglected to say anything about the intimidation of Supreme Court Justices. Then he lies that there are three-hundred election deniers on the ballots across the country. Kari Lake has been pointing out that the true election deniers are Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams (both refused to concede or recognize their loss) and one-hundred-fifty other Democrats who are election deniers. The biggest joke of the evening was when he said that “this is not about me.” Everything Joe Biden does is about Joe Biden, first and foremost!

He further began promoting taking days to count “all” the ballots. That is a fallacy because every other country in the world and our past elections have proven that all the ballots can be and will be counted before midnight on election night.

J-6 Kangaroo Court

OR: How the J-6 Committee is an illegitimate House Committee which predetermined the outcome of its hearings.

As an introduction my name is Scott Hammon Hendricks. I am a Constitutional Conservative, Fiscal Conservative and for the most part a Social Conservative, too. My father, George Hammon Hendricks was in essence a Conservative Democrat, registered as a Republican. This was probably due to my mother was a fire brand conservative. His father, Scott Springer Hendricks registered as a Republican because it was politically expedient and kept him in the good graces of his powerful father-in-law Gold Dredger King, Wendell Philucius Hammon. His father, William Chalmers Hendricks was the Democrat State Senator from Butte County, California and subsequently Secretary of State for California. WC’s brother, Abraham Washington Hendricks was an American attorney and politician. He represented Jefferson County, Indiana, in the Indiana House of Representatives for one term and was president of the Indiana State Bar Association.

WC’s first Cousin was Thomas Andrews Hendricks, was an American politician and lawyer from Indiana who served as the 16th governor of Indiana from 1873 to 1877 and the 21st vice president of the United States from March until his death in November 1885. Hendricks represented Indiana in the U.S. House of Representatives (1851–1855) and the U.S. Senate (1863–1869). He also represented Shelby County, Indiana, in the Indiana General Assembly (1848–1850) and as a delegate to the 1851 Indiana constitutional convention. In addition, Hendricks served as commissioner of the General Land Office (1855–1859). Hendricks, a popular member of the Democratic Party, was a fiscal conservative. He defended the Democratic position in the U.S. Senate during the American Civil War and Reconstruction era and voted against the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

Their uncle was William Hendricks, was a Democratic-Republican member of the House of Representatives from 1816 to 1822, the third governor of Indiana from 1822 to 1825, and an Anti-Jacksonian member of the U.S. Senate from 1825 to 1837. He led much of his family into politics and founded one of the largest political families in Indiana. His father was Col. Abraham Hendricks ESQ and Justice of the Peace for Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. This was before the Democrat Party was formed.

As one can see my family has been quite active in the Democrat Party since its inception. Growing up in Sacramento, California during the 1950s and 1960s, my major influence was my mother and the move of the Democrats in California toward corruption and far left liberal policies. Our political family have always been fiscal conservatives and the Democrat Party was moving away from that position. I therefore became the first true Conservative in the Hendricks Family. This gives me a very diverse perspective on this subject. Below, are the real facts being hidden and obscured by the J-6 Committee.

What I write here today, concerns the J-6 Committee with the perspective of both a Republican and Conservative Democrat. In order for the House of Representatives to run smoothly, and deliberately, the number of members on a committee and the ratio of majority/minority members is determined by the Majority party with consultation with the minority. This is done to insure equity of representation and the avoid the appearance of being a proletariat form of government. The J-6 Committee broke from these long-standing traditions and generally accepted rules. Speaker, Nancy Pelosi refused membership for any Republican selected by Minority Leader, Kevin McCarthy and selected two Republicans who political beliefs and philosophies align with Liberal Democrats, Liz Cheney, and Adam Kinzinger, both registered as Republicans for expedient purposes living in strong conservative districts. Yet they do not represent and have not represented Republican positions.

The make up of the J-6 Committee was designed for one purpose, to gather witnesses and testimony to support their preplanned outcome. The rules they set up prevented any meaningful defense of the J-6 who have been jailed in Solitary Confinement since January 2021. The preplanned outcome has never been about the J-6 Political Prisoners; it has been all about holding a Kangaroo Court, Nazi Tribunal, and Witch Hunt against our 45^th President, Donald John Trump. All witnesses, and testimony was all filtered to fulfill the predetermined outcome of the Committee. The only Defense testimony allowed was weak hearsay and easily refutable. No witness was allow who could strongly defend the Political Prisoners. No one, and I mean not one person was surprised by or shocked by the Statement of Conclusion that was given by the Committee on October 13, 2022.

The Only video footage allowed to be scene was of the few people who were not arrested and that of the Capital Police opening the 20,000-pound door, which are magnetically sealed and opened by motors. One not arrested was, Antifa protester John Sullivan was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th. And then, you have Ray Epps. The large provocateur who wore a MAGA hat and later proven to be a Biden Supporter. He whipped the crowd into a frenzy and was the one who pushed the crowd toward the Capital Building and was already inside the Capital when the Capital Police began opening the doors. This was proven by video evidence that was not allowed to be presented to the J-6 Committee. Ray Epps has never been arrested and has subsequently been protected by the Biden Run DOJ.

Ray Epps and the Capital Police were the instigators of the incursion into the Capital Building where the crowd was mostly peaceful, except for Ray Epps. Then there was the claim that a Capital Police Offer was killed by the crowd on January 6. That has been proven false. The only person to die on Capital grounds was the Lieutenant. It was a week later after he suffered a stroke while sitting at his desk.

Then comes the fallacious claim that President Trump was the one who instigated the entire affair. That is the furthest thing from the truth. The actual fact is that there had been rumors presented to President Trump the week earlier that there was a planned abduction of the peaceful protest by Antifa and agents supporting soon to be installed President Biden. Trump arranged to have the National Guard present to support the Capital Police. He offers that help to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. She refused the offer and said they had plenty of Capital Police to handle the situation. She then arranged to have a small crew of officers working that day at the Capital building. Most were stationed out on the street.

Then comes the claim that Trump had his Limousine driven to the Capital Building. That claim has been prove false by the drivers and those present in the Limo. He was in the city but miles away from the crowd.

The J-6 Committee issued a subpoena for Trump to Testify. This Old Man recommends that he ignore the summons; because the Committee is illegitimate from the outset. The premise of the Committee was set, and everything done was to substantiate the predetermined outcome.
